UPDATE - turns out the issue was with my bluetooth XBox One controller - something about the bluetooth connection was causing the stuttering. Once I connected the controller by usb, the problem went away. I'm sure this particular issue was addressed in one of the patches that has come out soon, but in case you're getting it and you have a bluetooth controller, try connecting it and using it wired...

In case anyone's wondering why I haven't been posting much in the way of Wreckfest lately, it's because of this particular issue. I have several other videos of it, but this is the most direct one I have and I'm too lazy to do any hardcore editing (today)(for now).

For the record, it's so bad I have to CTR+ALT+DEL to get out of it.

I may have fixed it - mostly - but it's still stuttery and I'm sorry, I have an RTX 2060 video card (6gigs) and 24 gigs of DDR4 3000 ram...it shouldn't be doing this.

I DID buy it for the PS4 last night, so i'll be doing that very very soon. I just need to set up my ps4 to play through my monitor so it's more comfortable for me.
