Equality as a Fundamental Right.
Key Concept: Right to Equality is an important right provided in Article 14-18 of Indian constitution.
(i) Equality before law - Article 14 of the constitution guarantees that all citizens shall be equally protected by the laws of the country.
(ii) Social equality and equal acess to public areas - Article 15 states that every person shall have equal acess to public places like public parks, : muscums, wells, bathing ghats, temples etc.
