This has always been a hidden gem for Hwoarang in previous versions of the game. It's a great compliment to his tool kit and despite a few nerfs it still does its job pretty well. So if you need to check if your opponent is ducking with a move similar to JFSR's startup frames then this could be the way to go given that it is a low risk low reward kind of tool.
