Chris Ying worked as designer, editor, and publisher of McSweeney's before becoming editor-in-chief of Lucky Peach magazine. He is coauthor of The Mission Chinese Food Cookbook and Ivan Ramen. He lives in SF and is a founder of the nonprofit ZeroFoodprint. Lucky Peach is a multiple James Beard Award-winning food and lifestyle journal that explores a monthly theme through essays, art, photography, recipes, and original video content.
