Chris Ying, Editor-in-Chief of food journal Lucky Peach, celebrates Cinco de Mayo at Google. Along with Googler Brandon Chalk and Lucky Peach's Research Editor Aralyn Beaumont, he shows us how to make red and green chorizo from scratch and chats about Lucky Peach's latest book, The Wurst of Lucky Peach.

Chris Ying worked as designer, editor, and publisher of McSweeney's before becoming editor-in-chief of Lucky Peach magazine. He is coauthor of The Mission Chinese Food Cookbook and Ivan Ramen. He lives in SF and is a founder of the nonprofit ZeroFoodprint. Lucky Peach is a multiple James Beard Award-winning food and lifestyle journal that explores a monthly theme through essays, art, photography, recipes, and original video content.
