Wuthering Waves on an old i7-3770 and Radeon RX 470. It is playable but stable 60fps isn't doable no matter what settings you use. The game is currently quite badly optimized so I believe the performance could improve a lot in upcoming patches.

0:00 Specs
0:25 Max settings
15:57 Medium settings
20:36 Very low settings
22:41 Back to max settings
26:00 Playing around with very low and max settings, and 720p windowed

From the official system requirements I thought the game would have much better graphics than what it actually ended up having. I think they are high just to compensate for the bad optimization, in theory the minimum requirements (9th gen i5 / Ryzen 7 2700 + GTX 1060 / RX 570) are enough to run it at 1080p max settings 60fps but due to the fps drops etc. a stable 60fps isn't possible.
The graphics would look fine if the anti-aliasing method they use wasn't so bad

Wuthering Waves (simplified Chinese: 鸣潮; traditional Chinese: 鳴潮; pinyin: Míng Cháo; lit. 'Sound Tide') is a free-to-play action role-playing game developed and published by the game company Kuro Games. It was released on May 23, 2024 (UTC+8).
A gacha game with an open world aspect, Wuthering Waves has been compared to other titles such as Genshin Impact. It aims to place more of an emphasis on combat than its predecessors.[1]
Wuthering Waves is set in a futuristic post-apocalyptic open world, where a mysterious catastrophe known as the Lament swept the globe, wiping out most of humanity and leaving it on the verge of extinction. After the calamity, unknown beings and monsters appeared around the world, but humanity soon adapted to the threat and found a way to cope and live with the monsters, slowly rebuilding civilization.
The story follows the amnesiac Rover, who has awoken from their deep slumber. On the Rover's journey, they will explore the vast lands and will be greeted by a new world filled with novel sights and new technologies.
Wuthering Waves is set in an open world.[2] The player gets to control the protagonist, the Rover, as well as recruited units called Resonators, which are split into 4-star and 5-star rarities.[1] The endgame content features varying modes where characters can be used in a series of combat challenges.[3]
The game's gacha system features banners known as Convenes, where Resonators and weapons can be obtained. There are three types of Convenes: novice, event, and standard. A pity system guarantees that 5-star items are obtained within a set amount of pulls.[4]
Wuthering Waves was revealed on May 23, 2022 on Kuro Games' social media accounts. It was first announced for the iOS platform on March 25, 2024.[5]
The game underwent two closed beta tests, with the second concluding in March 2024. After the first closed beta test, the story content was largely reworked in response to player feedback that it felt "uncomfortable".[3]
On March 29, 2024, it was announced that Wuthering Waves was to be released on iOS, Android, and PC via the Epic Games Store, on May 22, 2024.[6]
In May 2024, it was announced that Wuthering Waves will be released through the Mac App Store in the future.[7]
