Step 1) Restart your computer
Step 2) Exit the game, turn off your controller. Turn on your controller and connect to your computer, then relaunch the game.
Step 3) Unplug mouse/keyboard, also unplug all other USB device such as headset, additional joystick, hotas, wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC
Step 4) Press alt + enter
Step 5) Launch Steam in big picture mode and then launch the game
Step 6) Change screen refresh rate to 60Hz
Step 7) Launch the game in windowed mode using config file
Step 8) Turn on Steam overlay
Step 9) Configure the controller
Step 10) Select High performance in graphics settings
Step 11) Uncheck controller in Steam controller settings
Step 12) Disable/enable Steam input
Step 13) Launch Steam in Big picture mode and try it Steam Input Per Game Settings as forced on or forced off
Step 14) Use DS4Windows
Step 15) Use wired controller
