The big news coming out of Patch 1.13 is the addition of new unlockable content, as the patch has added a heel John Cena '25 character, CM Punk '11, The Miz A-Lister, Roman Reigns '24 and Bray Wyatt '20.
In addition, the problem with The Rock '24 Persona card has now been fixed and his model added.
The 1.13 patch update also includes several new fixes, with the biggest being a fix for the MyFaction Encore Boss Battle between Kofi Kingston and Roman Reigns, as this match was previously bugged due to Kofi's Trouble In Paradise not dealing any damage, meaning players were unable to damage Roman enough to lock him in the Ambulance.
Following the patch, this match is now fixed, and players can complete the Ambulance mini-game to unlock the Chad Gable '16 Persona Card.
In addition to this fix, the patch also contains fixes for The Island, Gameplay, and Universe Mode.

Addressed reported concerns with some Superstars having incorrect moves assigned
Addressed reported concerns with the move Trouble in Paradise not dealing the proper damage
The Island
Addressed reported concerns of players’ portraits displaying incorrectly and user portrait becoming corrupted after selecting parts in the Driporium
Affected players will need to enter MyBooth and customize their portrait again to remedy this
Universe
Addressed reported concerns with the “KO” win condition being reverted in certain scenarios
Addressed reported concerns of Custom Superstars being invisible or disappearing during match Promos
Addressed reported concerns with Brawl and Underground matches
Addressed reported concerns with certain Rivalry Outcomes not being applied to Custom Superstars
Addressed reported concerns where the match card could reset after manually editing a match to have a custom rule
