WWF Wrestlemania NES - Weekend Rental Ep 11 - Makopowered
In this episode, we look at 1988’s WWF Wrestlemania for the Nintendo Entertainment System, which is a game with a… complicated existence. On the one hand, it is the first WWF game for the NES, making it the first WWF game many players would ever experience. On the other, it pales in comparison even to games that came out years prior. Despite those limitations, however, there are some interesting things going on with the game, even if they are not immediately noticeable.
Weekend Rental is a show where we look at games that, while not widely considered classics or sometimes even good, are still worth examining and maybe even playing despite themselves.
