The game is played only with a stick, players choose between (left) Yes or (right) No and a button to start the test. The end test result is printed by the arcade cabinet.

This quiz game has two modes that can be chosen:

The left one is focused on how long the player has in a relationship with the partner. After you input the data need it, you'll be answering question releted to five catogeries: Body, Hearth, Survival and Luck. This last one isn't really a question but, It's more of a way to see if you give the same answer as your partner.

The right one, the player must answer several questions regarding the overall health of his or herself, and the game will determine how long the player will live and when they will die.
This test is divided in six catogeries: Eat, body, Mind, Eco, Survival and Luck, randomly the game will test you knowledg with a detailed inspection, which more or less concerns questions about general culture topics.
Again, the luck category is not really question to answer, but it's to see if you get a lucky answer.

X-Day 2 has a very psychedelic visuals and great music, very unusual for this kind of game.
It's also very interesting if you understand language, to bad it's heavily restrict to region it came out, still a great quiz game.
