X-Flight is a steel Wing Coaster manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. X-Flight opened on May 16, 2012, and cost an estimated $12–15 million USD to build. This coaster features a max height of 120 feet (37 m), a top speed of 55 mph (89 km/h), and 5 inversions over a total track length of 3,000 feet (910 m). During the ride's final inversion, an in-line twist, trains pass through a "keyhole" element: an actual relocated airplane control tower (retrieved from O'Hare International Airport). X-Flight opened as the fourth B&M Wing Coaster in the world, and as of this video there are 18 total operating B&M Wing Coasters worldwide. Enjoy!
