Hey there! It's Marsh and this is the 2nd part to my X-Men Mutant Apocalypse speed run! In this part we face Queen Brood, Tusk, Apocalypse, Omega Red, Juggernaut, do an Avalon level, then Magneto. Here's the basic rundown of the 2nd part.
*Brood Camp- I chose to do this level with Wolverine.. I use the down punch sweep to cover most of the lower cavern easily by just flying through everything. Psylocke probably still is faster but I don't know,.. I like the way Wolverine attacks Q.Brood.. he can take out the arm easier (even though I got nicked by it right before it fell off...) Wolverine keeps lower to the ground with his uppercuts and leaves less room for the broods to hit him and waste more time.. I might switch over to Psylocke in the future.. but I don't know.. maybe practice will make that change. Decent Q.Brood fight,,
*Tusk- Pretty good intro and the Tusk fight went absolutely horrid... this is probably where I lost MOST of my time throughout the run. Just didn't have that great of luck with him charging at me instead of running.. geez..
*Apocalypse- I lost like 6 seconds with intro and the gates... That couldn't have gone any worse,, but the rest of the level kinda, sorta made up for it.. wish that could have been better though. I got stuck between 2 platforms right before the Apocalypse fight,.. I just sorta chuckled and moved on. The Apocalypse fight wasn't bad.. just the unlucky spike hit I got in the beginning because I was apparently like not even a frame off from him shooting his projectile haha... oh well.
*Omega Red- Got tacked once in the beginning.. but got all triples in a row after that and ended the fight quickly!
*Juggernaut- This is one of the finest moments of this run.. I got in the 3 air triples to a ground triple, Then finished him off quickly with another triple at the end! The fight was roughly 17 seconds long.. That's including having to wait for him to fade into the screen.
*Avalon Stage (Beast)- The intro was pretty good. Another fine moment in this run was getting the Exodus 1-cycle!.. I was like "YESSSSS!!" It's not an easy trick and the way he moves in the beginning can make a difference between an 8 second fight... or a 15 second fight. I made a grave mistake and somehow missed grabbing the platform to get to the boss.... :(... BUT!.. I made the save of the century and bounced off one of the enemies heads to get back up and only lost about 3 seconds total! Got hit by the boss... but other than that he went down quick.
*Magneto- He was trolling hard that day,..Managed to down him in about a minute and a half.. ( which really isn't all that good) but still decent enough. He was spitting metal left and right and I just wasn't in the right positions to dodge it.. But I knocked him out as fast as I could given the situation and timed out at a 20:23!

Overall the run could have been some where around (19:15) or (19:30) but me, my controller, and Magneto sorta screwed that up... :l .. but oh well! It was a great run and I hope you enjoy!
