Wanted to do this for almost a decade.

RULES:
-Hard difficulty
-No Mutagens equipped
-No Health Boosts collected
-No Skill Points spent
-No Cheats activated
-No use of chapter select

(Chapter Select allows you to replay easier missions to grind XP and Reflexes in preparation for later missions, hence why it's not allowed)

Not technically part of the rules, but I also tried to keep the overall Level as low as possible. In the end I was under Level 20!

Some Highlights
2:38 Reloading last checkpoint makes some enemies despawn in some cases. You'll see that a lot.
24:26 You can use this method for the entire bar section with no issue, but I wanted to keep it interesting.
26:35 If you can manage to enter before the door closes, you'll avoid a ton of fighting. The game has excessive lag when too many enemies have spawned, which is why reloading the next checkpoint fixes it, since it makes them despawn. You're gonna see a lot of checkpoint reloading to fix lag caused by ignoring too many enemies.
38:36 You don't need to move the thing. Just interact with it and jump. He won't grab the ledge if you haven't interacted with it first.
1:33:24 The one and only time I managed to get past this section with zero damage. Miraculous.
1:37:39 This health boost is so tricky to avoid I ended up replaying the sub-chapter 3 times because I got it accidentally.
1:57:42 Helpful bug stopped the helicopter machine gun from shooting in between rockets.
2:34:00 These predator units won't shoot rockets when the camera isn't facing them directly or if you're touching them. If you're fighting one at a time, simply keep hitting them up close and jump to avoid their melee attacks.

3:02:37 It's trickier than it looks. This is the one and only time I managed to get it going all the way without the little robots interrupting the process by blowing up near him. I guess he thinks he's not close enough so he keeps running. I was aiming at the corner when attacking, in case you can't see. Perhaps unnecessary.

4:33:59 Simply keep mashing Square until he starts blocking. When he blocks, cancel your combo by pressing block, and do 1112, which stuns him and breaks his block. Mash square again. Rinse and repeat. It's important that you don't do 1112 when he's not blocking or he will escape before the charged Triangle attack.
4:55:43 Closest call in the entire run.
5:21:04 One of my proudest strats. Do Square x5 then L1/L2 to cancel and repeat. If you don't cancel he might escape. Make sure you also adjust your position to the right, because if he keeps straying left, you'll end up fighting Victor into the open, leaving him room for escape.
5:26:31 Took a lot of time to find this epic strategy. Knowing that makes the fight much easier, but he still teleports in the 3rd wave and can kill you easily. From the 2nd wave onwards you should avoid slamming him because he might escape. Only use slam when he is about to get knocked over.
