X-Men Wishes It Was Deadpool 2
10Just got done watching Deadpool 2, and there is a lot to talk about.
Deadpool 2 contains so many references, cameos and pure x-men inspired moments that I've always wanted to see from the x-men movies themselves.
With the exception of Logan, Fox some how always dropped the ball on x-men, sure X1 and 2 were fine films, but it also lacked the super hero presents everyone got from the cartoon and comics.
I still remember that tiny moment Colossus appeared to save a bunch of kids, and then vanishes for the rest of the movie.
Sure the director could have wanted less CG and more focus on the film itself. But all-in-all, the earlier x-men films, didn't feel like X-men - To me, they just felt like Mutants with identities.
Deadpool 2 is a fresh take on the whole mutant situation, showing the X-Men for what they really are, a team of super powered - power houses ready to fight at any given notice. Not angry teens frustrated with the fact that they can turn invisible or make ice.
Personality doesn't always mean sadness or arguments, most of the time it's stubbornness and comedy.
Deadpool 2 pulls this off in my opinion better than most of the X-Men movies.
