ElGato rec. Alright, playing here as the Clone Commando for the first time, to see how cool is his grenade launcher. As I have 50% Combat Focus, this is pre-patch gameplay. Vid timeline:

(0:00) Intro

(2:28) Match begins.

We play as:

First player: B2 Super Battle Droid.
Blaster: Twin Wrist Blaster
Abilities: Wrist Rocket, Overload, Fortify.
Boost Cards: Survivalist, Expert Weapons Handling, Battle Hardened.

Second player: Clone Commando.
Blaster: DC-17M Repeating Blaster
Abilities: Repulsor Blast, Battle Focus, Anti-Armor Attachment.
Boost Cards: Survivalist, Expert Weapons Handling, Battle Hardened.

The Clone Commando can be quite a resilient trooper with that 50% Combat Focus benefit. Granted, it was supposed to be a 25% benefit from the start, something that I believe was already rectified at the time of this gameplay post.

Thus, for friendlies within radius, a half damage reduction is incurred. But for the Clone Commando himself, he gets not only that, but a health boost equivalent to half of what he dishes out. This is regardless of whether he does that in hand to hand combat or at range.

On top of all that, one gets to bolster Combat Focus with Expert Weapons Handling, which extends it's duration to 17 seconds! Yikes!

Next, we have the Anti-Armor Attachment, which provides the Clone Commando with a grenade launcher. Something akin to the Barrage from the Heavy Class. Although here, I think the coolest thing about it, is it's shot-to-target closure or "bullet time". Possible here to hit distant enemies with it.

Now, we are aware that the launcher was foremost intended to be used against vehicles. And we have seen how brutally effective it is against tanks. As expected, I've noticed a single grenade won't take a fully healthy ordinary trooper out like a rocket can. Something to take into consideration.

Which leaves us with Repulsor Blast. This Jedi-like push ability won't against Arcade bot, nor a Droideka. So, it won't see much use here, unless I get lucky.
