Xbox 360 in arcade cabinet - home, start and back buttons

I've cut the wireless wheel apart and installed the home, start and back buttons into an opening in the coin door. Next up is to start wiring up the buttons on the Cart Fury cabinet to the 360's other buttons.
As it stands now, I can power the 360 on with the home button and start a game to the point where it wants me to press the 'A' button. I haven't wired that button up to anything yet, so that's as far as I can get right now.
