Konsole terminal command: flatpak --user override --filesystem=/run/udev:ro com.google.Chrome

(If you really must use Edge for whatever reason: you just need to change the Konsole terminal command to com.microsoft.Edge instead of com.google.Chrome at the end.)

Fullscreen for Chrome and auto-launch: --window-size=1024,640 --force-device-scale-factor=1.25 --device-scale-factor=1.25 --kiosk "https://xbox.com/play"
