I was looking forward to the Xbox E3 2019 Briefing as I thought they may have some interesting games and services to show us, but I approached it with a healthy dose of skepticism due to Xbox's past tendency to engage in hyperbole in the run up to the event. Unfortunately, this year was no different, and in many ways it was worse than previous years.
