Xbox One X HDMI Failure / No XB1 Videos For a While / Help?

Well yes, as what the title says, my Xbox One X has developed a very major fault in that it no longer outputs video through the HDMI port.
My guess is that the HDMI controller chip is dead and needs replacing. Purchased from Currys in November, it's out of the 30-Day replacement policy and thus will probably have to be sent off for repair.
Either that or I arrange a repair with Microsoft themselves. Another issue is that the Warranty Sticker has been peeled back slightly in order for me to remove a piece of plastic from the inside of the case.
I'm not sure if the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act applies to the UK.
Does anyone have an un-used Xbox One S gathering dust after buying a PS4 Pro? Donate? I'll be more than happy to accept!
