In an interesting rumour, the Xbox Scarlet is apparently going to have raytracing, and we may see a dev kit at GDC 2019. But we have specs rumours about the other consoles in the next gen Xbox lineup, including the codename Xbox Anadaconda.

We also have a leak for the GTX 1160 / GTX 1160 Ti, the lastest rumoured addition to Nvidia's Turing lineup.

AMD are having to deal with a class action lawsuit over the alleged "misrepresentation" of the 8 core Bulldozer processor, which potentially could be quite pricy for them.

Rumours are floating around that Intel's 10nm Ice Lake is delayed AGAIN, meaning that we may not see the new line of CPus until 2020.
