When this pinged it showed as being a less than 1% unlocked achievement. This is the entire playthrough with set up.

The key is to wait till right before the final mission, and then use a combination of Mindshield, aim assist/boost, acid grenades and finally some blue screen rounds.

I waited until I had a mission with only 9 enemies, as you can see it's possible to take down some tough enemies.
