The resolution is set to 1920x1080, while most of the graphics settings are set to medium.
When recording or not, some of the game's cutscenes (which was in the opening intro) suffer fps drops and causes the game's audio to become not synced with the cutscene. By the time gameplay starts, the cutscenes become stable. The average fps is 30.

I think the CPU might be what's causing the instable fps during the cutscenes.
