When recording, the game's average fps tends to stick at around 60 fps. There is some bit of lag and freezing here and there, which causes fps to drop below 60, but they're only minor. I also set the game's settings mostly to Medium.
I tried to record with AMD ReLive, but it killed my performance straight up when I'm in game. I tried OBS and applied the best settings I could find to reduce lag and this seemed to do the trick.

-AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor
-4 GB of System Memory
-4096 MB of Memory Size
