At the situation room, its simply a matter of waiting for satellites and the Satellite Nexus to finish so the new series can be deployed. The Elerium Generator is also almost done, and a Foundry is next on the list of construction projects.
The council has sent the X-Com Squad to Canada to investigate an event at a local fishing village, causing every one to cringe just a bit. No one seems to like it when the council comes calling. Rich is on the mend after the Commander was playing with his life on an earlier mission so it'll be up to the new sniper to pick up the slack.
