2The X-Com team has to recover after the loss of Colonel Zhang in this episode of X-Com: Enemy Within.
The concern now in the war against the aliens is whether enough experience is left to train squaddies. There is a definite A-team of colonels but a gap of experienced people behind them means that there might not be enough help if more colonels get killed.
Psionic testing continues at X-Com and more people have been identified as having "the Gift". Sadly, Miles only has his shotgun, but perhaps that's all he needs.
The Overseer ship was sighted again, and this time a Firestorm is waiting for it and makes quick work of the alien ship. Now its time to move in and recover what remains.
