Rules for the Handicap

All soldiers in the starting barracks are leveled to Squaddie (rookies are boring, and it makes more sense in Xcom world to have Squaddies)

I console command a second counsel mission for exp sake, and it’s not Xcom without Van Dorn

Mods I’ve Installed

VR Training Mod - Only applies XP to healthy soldiers while in the barracks - starts with 1 xp a day, more xp is added per OTC upgrade, max is 8 (adjusted for my playthrough)
