XCOM: Enemy Within + Long War Mod Beta 15f

The Scout craft on the Baja peninsula has been secured, and Engineering teams have salvaged its wreckage into usable resources. Peculiarly, the craft was found to be manned only by mechanized forces, which provided excellent training for new recruits, and a fantastic demonstration of the new Armor Piercing munitions prototype.

As research continues into the alien bio-cybernetic systems, the war in the air continues. XCOM's new Asian continental satellite expansion detects its first UFO, which is a Fighter craft directly threatening it. The Asia interceptor team engages the craft, damaging it significantly enough to defend the satellites, but failing to bring it down. Meanwhile, the North American satellites detect an incoming Abductor UFO, which initiates an abduction in Merida, Mexico. With reports from the site indicating a low number of deployed hostile forces, Strike One prepares to respond.
