Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Poppi's Blade Quest: Powered-Up Poppi - Torigoth
*Read description first*
Available After: Seeing the Heart-to-Heart "Growing Up" in Leftherian Archipelago's Fonsett Waters' Godsford Isle location, and reaching Chapter 8.
When & Where: Anytime. At Tora's House. Talk to Tatazo.
Requirements:
- Nia, Tora, Morag, Zeke, and Pyra in the party.
- Forestry Lv. 5 and Ancient Wisdom Lv. 3.
Poppi came to life as a little girl and grew into a teenager maid, but now it is time for her to become a WOMAN (one that fits the perversions of her creators, of course).
So get to do all these steps:
1)
- Obtain Golden Cogs from Salvage Points in Temperatia. You can get these uncommon drops from the point at the Central Plain's Dalnes Stone landmark.
2)
- Collect five Cubic Diamonds from Mor Ardain. You can get these easily from the nearby Gathering Point in the Upper Level's Old Industrial District.
- Collect 12 Ambler Stigmas from the Land of Morytha. Easily gotten from the Gathering Point near the World Tree's Megaflote Base.
- Purchase 3 Genbu-Weave Cloth at Tantal's Theosoir's Boldarde Textiles. Pretty straightforward.
3)
- This step contains four steps as lessons in a class at Argentum.
- First one is to use Forestry Lv. 5, which can be an easy one since even common Blades can have this skill.
- Second one is paying attention to the two groups of people and answer Fleecyflossy's questions about them. The correct answers are Kalukalu and Beltran. If you happen to answer wrong, you can just retry.
- Third one is like the first one, but you need Ancient Wisdom Lv. 3, which Dromarch can surely fulfill himself unless you have other Blades that can pitch in.
- The fourth one...is a battle against a Lv. 50 Torl Marrin. Even with stuff from later chapters, this thing is pretty tanky.
4)
- The final step involves powering up a charging device. There are two ways you can power it up in full: either send mercs to complete the "Energy for Remodeling" mission, or collect the necessary Salvage materials.
- The materials can ironically be the fastest way to do this if you keep using the common Screw Coils you can get from the closest Salvage Points at the World Tree's Mid Level's 7th Perimeter Skyport landmark. Even when enemies show up, you can avoid wasting time fighting them by simply picking the spoils and running away.
- Once the device is charged, report back to Tatazo to finish the quest. Enjoy your...ahem, "modest" Poppi.
- Say, she kind of looks a bit too much like KOS- *gets shot*
Watch, enjoy, and comment, everyone.
