Think of this as a two phase boss fight.
Garvel is easy though supposedly they get stronger as each person falls.

Then there's Moebius H and the Medusa look isn't just for aesthetics most of her attacks are based around using Ice elemental ether lasers which can freeze you, sorta like how medusa petrifies you.

It should be noted she likes to fly up into the air for her stronger attacks so if you can time a break or topple you can stun her out of very long attacks.

Once you take her down congratulations you've slain your 4th major member of the Moebius Consuls, the others being K, O, and P.

I do intend to get back to the main story soon but this story starts off with a conversation between H and another major story villain so I'd rather not risk a major quest like this expiring.
