This is a very nice piece from a very cool looking in game location. I was inspired by the electronic percussion in Nhato's Misty Orchard from In the Unusual Emotion and tried experimenting with a similar idea in this track. My production chops have a long way to go but I think the result here ended up sounding cool. I also play an alto sax solo in this arrangement. I actually started by improvising the solo on keyboard and then learning it on saxophone which was a interesting exercise and a cool way to get a more natural sounding solo on sax when I have no real improv ability on the saxophone.
