Quick rules rundown again:

Attacks must be STAB, allowed exceptions are Rapid Spin, Knock Off, Assist, Metronome, Mirror Move, Counter, Mirror Coat, Pain Split, Mimic.
Banned moves are: SToss/Nightshade, Dragon Rage, Sonic Boom, Endeavor, Soak (5th)

Item Clause, Uber clause, sleep clause, species clause, evasion clause, OHKO clause.

Wish-event move pokes BANNED in 4th. Rotom-formes banned in 4th.
Smogon-standard rulings in 5th.

First letter of pokemon Dex name must spell a 6-letter word. Non-abbreviated, non-acronym, no names or proper nouns (Like Bowser or Andrew). No pluralization (Phone to Phones). Word must be English.
Leadoff must be the first letter of your word.
