EDIT: THEY ARE THE SAME SPECS in-spite of what others are pointing out that they have different boost clocks and game clocks. The merc is an enthusiast level GPU and will push harder in terms of overclocking against the QICK version.

The merc 6800 is an enthusiast level GPU while the QICK is for mainstream gamers but is still high performance.The merc will push harder in terms of overclocking against the QICK version (stability in mind).
This is why on their website, they indicated that the merc's boost and game clock is 'up to' a higher clock than the QICK.

Our first look and Unboxing at AMD RADEON RX 6800 QICK from XFX and its differences against its predecessor, the 6800 MERC. They are both under the speedster moniker but this one has some things that have been stripped out, however, the cooling seems to be similar between these cards.
