Mar is never going to show up, but his name will. And his seal. Get used to it, because it plays a huge role in the game, especially this part since he and the seal gets mentioned and shown in every mission here.

First we help out an ally in the Pumping Station, who is a Crimson Guard and gives us the final pass needed to give us access to the entire main open area, we activate the elevator to the Palace by blowing up some turrets thanks to Vin and we meet Pecker and Onin, who want us to grab 3 precursor parts from the Mountain Temple.
