About this video: XRay texture packs for Minecraft 1.19.2 are the easily way to get XRay up and running. It is super easy to install XRay resource packs, and once you have them installed, you can easily activate and deactivate X Ray 1.19.2 while in-game. On top of that, an XRay texture pack doesn’t require any external mod loaders to work, meaning it is even easier to install.
The first step of getting the X Ray texture pack for 1.19.2 is downloading XRay Ultimate. This is the actual XRay resource pack we will be installing in this video. You can find a link to XRay Ultimate for 1.19.2 in the description above. That will actually take you to our text tutorial for getting the 1.19.2 XRay resource pack. On this page click the ‘Download XRay Ultimate’ button to go to the official download page.
On the XRay texture pack’s download page, look at the right-hand sidebar and scroll down to the ‘Minecraft 1.19’ section. Click the download button next to the version of XRay, and the download will begin after a few seconds. You may need to keep or save the file depending on your browser.
Once you have the XRay resource pack downloaded, we recommend moving the texture pack file to your desktop. You can find it in your downloads folder.
Next up, we can move on to how to install the XRay texture pack in Minecraft 1.19.2. To do this, open up Minecraft 1.19.2. Then, from the main menu, navigate to the Options, Resource Packs menu. In the resource pack menu, click ‘Open Pack Folder’ in the bottom left. This will open your resourcepacks folder.
To install XRay 1.19.2 into Minecraft, drag and drop the XRay Ultimate file you downloaded into this resourcepacks folder.
When you go back to Minecraft 1.19.2, you will see the XRay texture pack in the ‘Available’ section. Hover over it and click the arrow that appears to move it to the ‘Selected’ section. Click done, and your XRay pack will activate!
Now, when you join your world, you will be able to XRay for ores. However, you may notice it is a bit hard to see. The easiest way to fix this is by using a night vision potion. This will allow you to see all blocks in the distance. You can also use Optifine’s fullbright for this effect. That does require installing Optifine though.
