Description:

The one at the epicenter of the explosion, Glenn, is haunted by his mistakes and seeks to find the truth behind the incident.

There are tutorial events that you have to complete throughout the city. Fortunately, all merchants in the world have somehow memorized every loot item you have sold so far.
I didn't realize it at the time, but the developers actually significantly improved the crystal system in the 1.2 patch. Removing crystals now preserves the crystal's original quality, which makes them more reusable. As for mining crystals, picking one type will make that type more likely to show up again, so you need to pick a type and stick to it. I'm going to go all in for Agi for now.
We can't really join the adventurer's guild until we reach Tormund on foot.

Vesta will explain certain field mechanics, which will help in filling out the Reward Board. You'll need to work on the board in order to get every Grimoire in the game.
The enemies and minibosses around here are really hard.

The mimic is disguised as a windmill. It apparently has high stats other than HP, but it'll spend its first turn doing nothing, so quickly take it down.

There's not much you can do here except grab a few items. Maybe we need sky armor? Make sure to farm the collectibles here so you can get new deals.

The red flower enemy, the Saliva, will counterattack magic, so only use magic when you're sure you can finish it off. Also, the blue flowers have stealable nectar, which can fully heal a target's TP.
We need a special permit to go into the Kortara Mountain Range, and we can buy them from Becker at Basil.

You hear about this shady guy called Jan. The teleport crystal here is near a group of 5 pigs, which can be decent for early game SP farming because on easy mode, they'll die to AOEs easily.

One Slorse is bad enough, but four is insane due to their speed and AOEs. Even with Agi III on everyone's equipment, I got into overheat way too easily.

One of the reward board nodes wants us to defeat a crab mob with only Glenn. Even the smaller 2 crab mobs are really tough on max settings. I had to use the Warrior Emblem to give Glenn enough HP and defense to survive.
1:23:38 Miniboss: Tak the Yak (Max Difficulty Settings)
This boss has really powerful AOEs, and its AI decided to spam nothing but that AOE.

The boss's drop can be used to make the Bidenhander sword, aka a Zweihander, but it's more amusing to think that it's associated with the 46th POTUS.
