Hello everyone, and welcome to chapter 15 of Yakuza 0!

In the last chapter, Kiryu and Makoto had made it to Kamurocho, looking for a place to stay hidden. The homeless man in West Park was happy to help. Tachibana hadn't responded to any phone calls, so Kiryu had to find him in Little Asia. A local led Kiryu to Tachibana, who was still weak. Kiryu told Tachibana about Oda and him trying to kill Makoto. Tachibana then told Kiryu about why he left China for Sotenbori, and later Kamurocho. It was to find his mother and sister. But just as he had learned about them, Makoto had already moved on to Sotenbori. Another goal he had was about the Empty Lot. He struck a deal with Shintaro Kazama to prevent the lot getting in the hands of Sohei Dojima, who already had much more power than he could handle. It was Kazama's idea to have Tachibana and his network of information turned into a real estate agency.

Their conversation got interrupted by Dojima men, who had finally learned of Tachibana's location. They took care of them and made their escape. Just as they left through a back door, Kiryu got shot. Tachibana recognised the shooter as Lao Gui, a professional hitman. He came to the conclusion that Lao Gui most certainly was the real killer in the murder Kiryu was framed for. He had the skills to make it look amateurish enough to fool the police. Lao Gui called out to them, saying his task was to get Tachibana alive. Tachibana joined him, to make it possible for Kiryu to escape. But Kiryu passed out from his wounds.

He woke up in the care of Elder Chen, who had let Kiryu to get treatment. He told him he had his men searching for Tachibana, who now was a captive of Dojima. He asked Kiryu to look after Makoto until they had found Tachibana. He got stopped by some yakuza though, led by Nishikiyama. But Nishiki would not let anyone hurt Kiryu, his oath brother. So they both took care of the yakuza pretty quick. They then hurried on to West Park and Makoto.

Just as Kiryu had filled Nishiki and Makoto in on the situation, he got a message on his pager. It was from Chen, who had located Tachibana. He was being held in a building next to the Empty Lot, by Kuze and some of his men. Kiryu and Nishiki hurried there. Tachibana was tortured, but he managed to keep collected and antagonize Kuze and his closest man. Tachibana knew they would be worse off killing him without getting answers, so he made Kuze's man pissed off enough to hit him in the head with his sledgehammer. Just then, Kiryu and Nishiki arrived. Seeing the damage Kuze had made to Tachibana put Kiryu in a rage, punishing them all with Nishiki's help.

Nishiki ran off to get Makoto, but when they got back it was too late. Tachibana died at the Empty Lot, and Makoto grieved for his long lost brother, now lost forever...
