It's time to head back to Tokyo, and no better way than by FIGHTER JET. Oh, and Haruka's coming, too, because why not? When you arrive in Kamurocho, your destination is New Serena, but why rush to save Daigo and stop Mine right now? You can take this time to build up Haruka's Trust if you're down for that. There's lots of stuff that Kiryu and Haruka can do in Kamurocho.

As you stop by Serena, a CIA agent will come up and let you know that you can fly back and forth to Okinawa by going to the airfield from a taxi, so if you have to go back to Okinawa for any reason, it's now dirt cheap to do so.

As you might have guessed, this is the point of no return. Once you get in a cab for Touto Hospital where Daigo is, you're locked in until the end of the story, and you'll only be able to get freedom again in Premium Adventure. This is now the time to clean up everything. You can finish up all the Hitman Missions, all the Training, all the Coliseum, all the Substories. Y'know, everything. You can leave Haruka in New Serena by talking to her while inside and selecting "Go to Touto Hospital", and you can get her back to walk around by talking to her again. Most substories and several activities you can't be with her.

Once you're all ready, go to the taxi and select Touto Hospital. You'll be confronted by the amassed Hakuho Clan. Your first fight is similar to the last fight in Chapter 9: a circle of dudes that keep coming. Fortunately, these guys have pretty low health, so your going to go bounding through them all. Use the swords and guns, too. After the circle breaks up, you'll face a few more that have slightly higher health. Once they're down, head up the stairs and fight more dudes. Note the lockers on either side of the upstairs landing. There's a Tauriner ++ in one and a Toughness Emperor in the other. Head around the right side of the landing to the door the captain fled through. The path from here is pretty obvious: going up stairs and around the landing to the other side. There are two more lockers on the third floor with a Tauriner Maximum and a Staminan XX. At the fourth floor, the lockers will have a Toughness Emperor, and a Staminan Spark, and at the end you'll find the Hakuho Captain. He's got knuckles, so he's tougher than your average thug. Either swing behind his back or practice your Tiger Drop on him. Once he's down, Kiryu will be directed to where Daigo is.
