It's evening now. Nakahara has shown up to say hi and Taimya calls. Apparently, Toma has been seen in Hatsumachi at a pole-dancing club. Time to head downtown. Once you get there, notice another substory has appeared, down by the Ryudo Office. This is the only chance during the normal story that you'll get to do this one, so make sure you do it.

Head up to Hatsumachi and speak to the barker at the crossroads. He'll direct you towards "Canal Grande" to the north. Talk to the guy outside the club to head inside. Kiryu spots Toma in the club, but he also spots Joji Kazama. He makes a desperate dash to save Toma, and as he says, now's the time to save Kazama.

Kazama is a very precise and technical fighter. You won't see him doing wild things, but he can land some power blows. He also has a counter move where he'll throw you over his shoulder. Don't be afraid to use healing or weapons if you're not confident in your fistfighting skills. Defeating Kazama will end the chapter.
