In Chapter 3 after parting ways with Lily, The Fate of the 30 Million Yen starts by talking to a man waiting in front of Sky Finance, accept to hear him out and you'll go to the office where he'll explain his situation, his daughter has been taken hostage and he needs a loan to pay the ransom...

05:23 is when I leave the office and receive an email that starts the "Make It Big With FX" substory, which I put off until I finish the first one.

25:30 is when I get on the way to finish Make It Big With FX, a pretty short and straightforward substory, just answer with: "Does your company profit from this?", "Can I get my investment back, no matter what?", and finally "I think I'll pass.", beat up some guys and you're done!
