"On And On" is a trance and eurodance track produced by the German DJ and producer Yanou, featuring vocals by the Dutch singer Dominique Rijpma van Hulst (DO). This track was a continuation of a successful streak, as in 2001, it achieved great success thanks to DJ Sammy and their single "Heaven" recorded with the vocalist Do.
Yanou – Yann Peifer was born on March 6, 1974, in Weiler, Germany. From a young age, he showed an interest in music. As a teenager, he acquired his first guitar-playing skills and mastered the piano. In the early 1990s, he studied classical music in Koblenz and became a member of one of the music bands specializing in playing at various events, particularly weddings. "The first steps in this endeavor were difficult, but it was truly invaluable experience that later proved very useful," recalls Ian. "For many years, we played various concerts throughout Germany."
With the money earned at that time, he purchased the necessary equipment for the studio, where he spent all his free time perfecting his production skills. Yanou's professional career began in the late 1990s. He became known as a popular remixer of a large number of tracks and compositions, some of which achieved international fame.
From this period, he can certainly boast about his collaboration with the late Michael Urgacz aka BEAM. The gentlemen jointly created the project Beam & Yanou. Several of their tracks achieved significant success:

In 2001, the mentioned collaboration with DJ Sammy and Dominique Rijpma van Hulst aka DO resulted in the single "Heaven": The track "Heaven" achieved enormous commercial success. In the UK, it reached number 1 on the Official Singles Chart and stayed on the chart for 31 weeks, with one week at the top. In the United States, the song reached number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it one of the highest-charting trance tracks on this list. "On And On" was released in 2002.
In 2004, together with his longtime friend (Manian), he founded the project Cascada with vocalist Natalie Horler. A year later, in October 2005, Ian and another partner founded their own label, Zooland Records. In 2007, together with rapper Neal Antone Dyer, he launched a new dance project, RIO. Also in 2007, Cascada won the World Music Award in Monte Carlo and received the title of "best-selling German artist of the year." Yanou, or Yann Peifer, has been closely associated for many years.
