YASC codes in Hyperrogue are calculated like this:
# Sides of the tile
# Enemies on neighboring tiles
# Restricted Moves
# Threatened Moves
# Walls
60600 means dying on hexagon, where the reason for each move not being possible is a movement restriction, no enemies or walls are allowed on these tiles. The Hyperrogue discord referred to 70700 using a theoretical setup using rose scent in the dungeon as the dumbest possible death. Which started a search for how one could get death codes like 60600 and 70700 in a legit attempt. Especially since with the most recent update rose scent no longer spreads into gravity lands. This resulted in many potential different setups which could be used to achieve these death codes, yet those would be very hard to achieve in a legit run. However the 1.12 update introduced the curse of fatigue which can force you to skip a turn. A pikeman can attack the player while standing further away, so it wont impact the death code and removes the ability to skip a turn creating a checkmate with the code 60600. This is to my knowledge the first run to achieve this death code. 70700 could be done in a very similar way just by ending this on a heptagon. Someone else can do so if they want to, an alternative could be to walk into rose scent while fatigued which might be easier that this pikeman setup.
