In December, Building Construction Associates finished renovating for the ACA the former Eyster Key law firm building at 402 E. Moulton St., which will be dedicated to science, technology arts and math, at a cost of $3.2 million. The arts center created a new degree, Design Innovations, which includes classes in the arts, computer systems information and additive manufacturing, to be housed in the building now called the STEAM Imagination Center .
In August, Hartselle City Schools opened a $36 million Crestline Elementary School while classes began in Limestone County at a new Elkmont Elementary School that cost $34 million.
