Crazy to believe its been a whole year. For the last month of collects they will be in Western Waste (Velious expansion).
Quickest way will be Trinket of Far Frozen Wastes

The Freebie item this month will be a baby green dragon hatchling. The purchasable item this month is a Marionette illusion, which is kinda cool since an enchanter can convert it into a spell to project onto others.

Found about 50 locations for collects. The collects are literally all over the zone. Spirit of the Lost clicky works well. Just lots of running around. The collects are harder to see than other zones due to the snow.
