...have these tapes just not stood the test of time? This is a brand new tape that plays like it's seen 20 years of people neglecting it. The audio track is as staticky as a Soviet Union-era vinyl record while sounding about as good as one, too.
Much like the tape I did where I played an EP speed Hi-Fi track from another Rugrats tape of the same era, this tape is just in poor shape despite never being played. Which is very funny, because the Thanksgiving tape I did was in okay shape.
