Description:
Lloyd, Randy, Elie, and Tio are new recruits in the Crossbell Police Department's Special Support Section, a division that operates almost exactly like the Bracers in a bid to increase the police's popularity. Old Road Property Monster Extermination is a mandatory quest and the one you should do last. You have to talk to Armorica's chief to get the key to the locked area of Armorica Road. Once you're in, you have to defeat the mobs of Fartacus. I recommend equipping Faint resist accessories to deal with them.
The guide says you can get an achievement for killing 8 enemies at once, and all the mobs consist of 8 Fartacus. However, they start too far apart, so you'll have to wait for them to get closer. You can also use the art, Dark Matter, to force them closer.
Be sure to grab the new fishing rod from this area. This will allow you to use Roe and Red Flies as bait, and hopefully meet the next fishing threshold.
Once you return to town, you'll be told that a new client is waiting at the SSS building. Rixia Mao wants us to investigate a threat letter against Ilya Platiere, signed by Yin. At Arc En Ciel, we learn that Ilya slapped Don Marconi, which means Revache is a potential suspect again.
At Revache's HQ, we meet Garcia Rossi, the right-hand man of Marconi. When the SSS asks to meet with the don, Garcia is angered and then mocks us for being powerless to stop Crossbell's corruption. However, he did react to Yin's name and seemed surprised, so he's likely telling the truth that Revache didn't send the threat letter. He also seems to recognize Randy.
