Why would he do it?
The reward is a lifetime of pizzas.
Another game that was unreleased outside NA, simply because Domino's Pizza barely existed outside NA.
The game was first released as Kamen no Ninja Hanamaru in Japan, and had nothing to do with the Noid. Capcom contacted Domino's Pizza and wanted them to sponsor their localization, which they did, so they swapped out all the graphics.
