Yes, i did found this one softlock spot all by myself... 😏

This can only be done in 3-4 (Slime Drop Drama), as far i know.
You first need to let the crate fall off from the item balloons at the end of the first room, then push it very carefully to the left, until it's closer enough to the edge.

After doing so, head down and flutter just under the semisoild platform under the box and simply crounch. If done correctly, Yoshi will get stuck and cannot you leave no matter what, forcing the player to quit the level to escape.
