Rune is a very fun old school hack n slash game on the PC. Long, exciting, never patronising or hand holding - and with a gruff viking lead who snacks on live lizards. Had a blast playing through this. Soon the new pc will come and with it a graphics card that will see me playing in the AAA scene comfortably - I truly think this kind of game is more enjoyable though. Thanks to Bankrotas for suggesting this way back in the day!
