You feel your sins on your back - Sin Slayer the First Sin
0Sin Slayer: The First Sin is an isometric sudo tactics based adventure game where the 7 deadly since are your greatest enemy. No I don't mean the anime characters. The game throws you into taking control of a small group of adventurers helping to keep a church standing while it is under attack by waves of demons. Your task is to properly choose the right characters and head to to both subdue whatever is causing this attacking. The church itself acts like a hub/town so to speak that allows you to regroup, go through ones inventory, and craft or purchase items for the next outting. However, once out the hold church may not be enough to save you. In the each of the areas a boss, or possibly a big bosses minion, has the effect of a sin within the area. Sin represents a difficulty meter that makes each battle harder as it increases. Some event will give you the opportunity to help decrease this or risk increasing it at the cost of possible items or a battle. While in battle you play in turned based combat, which has not been as popular lately but I love. The primary goal of Al of this is to take down the big bad in the area but there comes a catch. If you explore you can find more items that can help you in battles to come, but risk weakening your party before hand. If you decide to go to the boss at full strength you could miss out of valuable loot. How you play is completely up to you, but the developers do state that these choices could affect the overall game. Though it is in early development, I am very intrigued. Interesting combat and a faced paced story to start the game has me wanting to progress to learn more.
