Blackjack! It's Collection #21! Again no special occasion, just a number that people associate with things. Is 21 an important number in Japanese culture? We're only asking because there are a *LOT* of Japanese courses in this episode... in fact there are so many short stages in general that this episode might set the record for most stages showcased in a single Your Level SUCKS 2 video.
Remember the Ninji Hat item? The one you get for completing a staggering ONE Ninji Speedrun course? Draco finally notices the correlation between someone's Maker Mii wearing the hat and the lack of quality in their stage. "Nice hat" has officially become a recurring gag. Speaking of recurring things we've got the same title screen stage in this episode. Twice. Both times with the same minor "no one will notice this" tweaks.
(We noticed.)
This episode just eventually goes off the rails. Draco plays a remake of World 1-1 and starts making references to Awesome Video Games and then laments that he didn't get to make enough referential jokes... so the game issues him another copy of World 1-1. And another. And at some point he goes and gets his amiibo collection and dumps it out everywhere and the whole show just falls apart.
But most importantly? Draco breaks the cardinal rule of the show: he gives a "BOO!" rating to a stage. What could've possibly angered him that much???
