I've been playing Jinx wrong on TFT patch 10.16 and so have you! I've been using red buff + ruunan's and ignoring offensive items and more importantly NO DEFENSIVE ITEMS! https://www.g2a.com/r/excoundrel

I would recommend you read the guide below from the COMPTFT reddit about how to play Jinx but I feel like after reading the guide I am already doing much better with her overall. Also means you can use Yi to transition to Jinx much more easily if you are using something like RFC.
